Self-determined forced pauses
If you work through a long period without a break, your concentration decreases disproportionately and you fall into a persistent performance low. However, it is much more efficient and healthier to work in short stages and take short breaks in between. In this way, you stay fit longer and can string together many productive units - always separated by small breaks that keep you mentally fresh.
You prescribe your own little forced breaks, which separate your learning units from each other, but make sure you stay fresh in the end. The highlight is that in these short pauses, distractions are completely okay!
On your to-do list : Take regular little breaks while learning! During these short pauses, consciously distract yourself and relax for the next round of learning!
